With only a few weeks left of summer, I’m continuing to incorporate doses of neon into my outfits–I know I’ll miss the hues dearly once deep reds, greens, blues and purples become the norm. I picked up this Sandro blouse (on sale…big time) at one of the very many locations in Paris, though I was a little skeptical of whether to purchase it since it is the end of the season. However, it always seems that it’s this time of year when I relive the classic phrase, “I have nothing to wear.” Plus, it will make for an easy go-to piece once cruise season comes along. And as crazy as it seems, resort season is less than one hand’s count away.
I wore this outfit to The Getty Museum, one of the most beautiful museums I’ve been too. Looking over a breathtaking view of the Hills, I went to see LA Style, the Herb Ritts exhibit, which was extremely interesting. It was fascinating to see his style of photography and all of the incredible work he has done in the fashion industry. Following the museum was lunch at the Beverly Wilshire hotel, walking around Rodeo Drive, and stopping for a chocolate fix at my favorite chocolate store (even back at home) Teuschers before relaxing at my hotel prior to dinner at Mr. Chows. No matter where in the world I am, I still value the Sunday rituals–brunch, family, and usually Chinese food.
with style,
S
