Marina del Rey is the most beautiful part of California that I’ve visited. The gorgeous boats sailing with the sun shining make it the ultimate picture-perfect and rather zen environment. I was there only for a few hours to have lunch overlooking this fantastic view. It felt so refreshing, a time when I finally put my stresses to the side and indulged in a light (minus the dessert) yet delectable lunch.

Just getting away from a cosmopolitan environment for a few hours put everything in perspective and was the exact break I needed.
