Sydney’s Tribal and Western Twang

In On Sydney on March, 29 2012

Shorts: One Teaspoon, T-shirt: Raquel Allegra $250, Boots: Isabel Marant $580, Bag: Alexander Wang $805, Bracelets: Isabel Marant $150 and Frieda & Nellie $295

This is the third and final ensemble that Curve stylist, Brandon Fogel, dressed me in. It’s a casual weekend look that has a bit of western twang due to the fringe jean shorts and cowboy-style booties; they work for all seasons as they look great with both heavy tights for when it’s cold or simply bare for when it’s warm. Whether you’re vacationing in Aspen or Miami, they are easy to pack with you.

I never knew until this photo shoot that Isabel Marant has bracelets. I was extremely excited when Brandon introduced me to these bangles. They look tribal due to the bead embellishment, which is a major trend this season. Stackable and colorful, they are the perfect arm candy. Last but not least, you can never go wrong with a Wang bag. Classic, cool, and edgy, Wang makes messenger bags chic, especially with his signature stud detailing at the bottom of the bag.

A big thanks to Brandon and Curve for making this shoot possible!

with style,
