This evening, my mom is hosting a cocktail party for 30 people at our home. I’m not particularly in the mood to get all dressed up since I’m not going out, so I want to wear something simple yet with a pop of glamour.  I’m thinking of going typical New Yorker with black pants and a blouse, a funky shoe (maybe my B by Brian Atwood’s?), and some dazzling and sparkly earrings for glam.
