Today’s post is on my favorite LA boutique, Les Pommettes. Les Pommettes, which means cheekbones in English, is a chic designed store with incredibly trendy merchandise. I was so excited to find this boutique on Robertson Blvd as I got sick of seeing the same old stores you see everywhere else on Rodeo Drive (although it is still ultra glamorous).
To go along with the name of the boutique, the store is covered with ripped out photos from magazines and such that emphasize cheekbones. This is a perfect example of how everything at Les Pommettes is full of such detail. The rustic wooden floor meets the antique looking furniture and crystal chandelier makes for the perfect decor because it has personality, something that I love to see anywhere I shop.
Les Pommettes is the boutique to go to for those who want variety, and merchandise that you haven’t seen at every other store like Intermix, Scoop, etc. The boutique is full of an eclectic mix of multicolored dresses (short and maxi), funky patterned shorts, striped loose-knits, floral blouses, straw bags in fun sparkly colors, basic blazers, and an assortment of jewelry, all organized and displayed for easy shopping (plus more).
The jewelry assortment was my favorite -there happened to be a jewelry trunk show going on at the time-, and I especially liked the long stunning necklaces hanging off of mini hangers on a rack.
I didn’t end up purchasing jewelry, but I did purchase a fabulous Sam & Lavi multicolored loose-knit that is light enough for the rest of summer (great with a pair of white skinnies, nude pumps, and a hanging earring) yet will transition well into fall with a cute pair of blue jeans,a camel suede jacket, and a cool pair of boots.
If you’re not in LA, don’t worry, because you can shop exactly what’s in the boutique online at LesPommettes.com
