My attempt to spending a low-key Saturday simply did not work. I was up early in the morning, out and about all day. I first spent some time on the UES, getting a new iPhone at the Apple store and a quick bite to eat at Bottega del Vino. I then ran some errands along Fifth Avenue before meeting a friend for lunch at Mercer Kitchen in Soho. Although Soho has a lot of the same stores as on the UES (like Intermix and Sephora), the locations are designed to look downtown-cool, a more spacious and edgy shopping environment. Above are my favorite snapshots.
