Happy Easter, Style Solutions readers! I decided to go ultra-festive and colorful for the holiday by decorating an Easter-themed table. Getting creative with my favorite neon trend in the world of dêcor allowed me to shop stores that I’m not typically found in. The majority of my supplies are from Crate and Barrel, where I found great deals on candlestick holders, cake dishes, cups, glass eggs (mini and big), felt bunnies, a placemat and candy holders. Mixed in with the big glass eggs are homemade ones that I decorated with paint and glitter, which is an Easter tradition. Also on the table are candlesticks from Gracious Home, sugar sticks from Dylan’s Candy Bar (bad for your teeth, but so good!), jellybeans and plastic eggs (both from Duane Reade), vintage eggs from Norway, homemade Easter cakes in shapes of rabbits, tulips and butterflies, and of course Peeps.
