Here’s one thing that you’ll need this week: a sweater.  Temperatures have dropped significantly and those Fall blouses probably won’t keep you warm enough.  It’s time to find those trendy sweaters and start wearing them.

One trend that I am obsessed with this season is embellishments on shoulders of sweaters, shirts, dresses, etc.  It follows the military trend but gives it a chic twist and is very good looking.  I found a grey boyfriend cardigan on Rachel Zoe’s picks on the Piperlime website by Smitten which epaulets detailed with sequins and chains on shoulders.  The embellishments are too much; it’s just right.

The cardi will look great with leggings or black skinny jeans and a white, grey, or black t-shirt or tank.  It’s perfect for those casual days around the city or you can even dress it up with a little black dress (LBD).
